We were faced with an unexpected renovation when we had a leak, causing extensive ceiling damage, which had to be addressed immediately. Vince came to look at the job within a day of us having called him, and followed up promptly with an estimate. We decided to go ahead with Vince and Anthony and their team and were not disappointed at all! Upon confirmation, we were sent a detailed timeline for the project so we knew what to expect. This enabled us to plan our lives accordingly around the work, which was especially helpful, having two young kids at home. This team was extremely punctual, professional, friendly and hardworking. We were always kept in the loop about what to expect at each phase of the renovation. If we had any questions/concerns, they were responded to immediately. The work was meticulous, and nothing short of perfection. We enjoyed working with Anthony, who managed everything efficiently, while making sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. At the end of the job, they made sure our home was clean and returned to its original state, something we have not had done before by previous contractors. We have already recommended Kitchen and Bath Guys to a few of our friends and would have no hesitation in continuing to do so. They do not disappoint!!

After having been continually frusturated with the quality of service and professionalism in the renovation industry - working with Vince and his team was truly exceptional. The work itself was executed flawlessly and to our satisfaction. Vince was able to co-ordinate his team and the different phases of work in a manner that considered our family's schedule. Most importantly for us was that I asked that the work be completed as quickly as possible so as to minimize the disruption of our child's daily routine -- Vince stated that the work would be completed in 6 to 7 business days but over-delivered when the work was complete in 5.

Lastly, the team took great care in protecting my home by carefully placing styrofoam flooring and drop sheets throughout the home. Additionally, the "clean up" was thorough and no remnants of our renovation were left behind - which was very important for us.

Especially strong on organizing projects--mustering the materials and manpower and getting it to the site on time. We have used Vince and his crew on a number of our home renovation projects -- first the upstairs bathroom and master bedroom which was a complete gut and redo. Vince assisted us with the design and made numerous suggestions along the way (even shopping with us for fixtures) while listening to the things that were important to us. We had a toddler at that time and his crew was very clean, polite and respectful of nap times (rearranging tasks to be quite in the afternoon). We were very pleased with the outcome and the bathroom had definite WOW factor! Project was also on time and budget....When our next project came up (basement waterproofing and renovation) we went straight to Vince who again took very good care of us.....the waterproofing project was professionally done and the renovation was done on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to use to Vince and his team for any upcoming projects!

Right from the get go, Vince was customer focussed. Before we even started the project, Vince wanted to know budget, timelines and overall vision of what we wanted for our bathroom. He then lent his expertise to help us understand how we could make our vision a reality. It started with drawings, pictures from magazines and a reconfiguration of the entire bathroom. It is also important to note that Vince made sure we understood the payment options and schedule as sometimes this could be overlooked or not emphasized by some contractors. In the end, this is one of the most important aspects of a reno project. Vince's team was professional, curtious, clean and had a keen sense of what we wanted. Their attention to details was perfect. They finished the job on time and on budget to our complete satisfaction. In fact, and on a seperate note, we used Vince's services on a major backyard renovation which speaks to Vince's versitility as a contractor.
