Job well done! I feel better and more safe knowing my home was inspected by a professional.

Alan was very attentive and accommodating since Day 1. Even before my home inspection, I asked him about issues to be aware of prior-to/during my PDI, and he was always very knowledgeable and gave great advice.

During the inspection itself, Alan was constantly describing what he was looking for, as well as what he was able to see in the exterior as well as the interior, throughout. He even got me to check out the attic and see things for myself. Alan was patient with us and he answered all of our questions - and addressed the bad, as well as the good - about the house.

I will likely go with Allmax again for my 1 year form, to ensure that those things we noted during this visit have been fixed/addressed, to Alan's standard. I will also recommend friends to his services. So often we hear about Home Inspectors pointing out the obvious, or not adding much value - definitely not the case with Alan...really appreciate all of your help!

Great experience with Alan. This is my 2nd home inspection with him and he did not disappoint. We were able to reach him late in the evening to schedule an appointment fand he was able to accommodate for our urgent request. He was very thorough and took the time to explain all the issues he found. I would recommend Alan to everyone.

Alan was very thorough and knowledgeable and advised us to follow him during the inspection to watch/learn from his process. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. He took time to not only point out any flaws/problems, but also showed us what was good about the house. This particular home needs more work then we want to put in, so our search for a new home continues. We will absolutely be calling Alan for the next inspection and any more that may follow. Hands down, we would recommend him to anyone who asks!

I have used Alan for 3 home inspections so far and he is by far, the best inspector for my needs. His reports are concise and thorough. The last inspection was done with the last minute notice and Alan made the necessary arrangement to complete the task within the timeline.
