Alan and his team stepped up at the eleventh hour to help our family avoid making what could have been a very costly mistake.
From our initial outreach through extensive home inspection report (a mere 24hrs later) he was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and direct. No sugar coating potential issues or their associated costs. We didn't take the investment lightly, especially without knowing whether we'd even have a chance to buy the house, but as first time home buyers I can comfortably say this was 110% money well spent.
