John did the rough in plumbing for my basement bathroom project. We were really pleased with the fact that they used a concrete cutting company to do the trenching in our basement. The result was a dust free work environment, where i was certain my house would be covered in concrete dust. Great guys, great workmanship, super professional.

My sink suddenly stopped draining. I went out and rented an auger to try and clear it up but that didn't work. I called my friend John to diagnose what was going on. When he got to my house the first thing he did was open the trap, where he found a piece of 2x4 that must have fallen in the pipe when we did our renovation. Great company to work with. Will use them again.

Our toilet was keeping us awake at night it was running so often. When I saw my water bill, I knew I needed a plumber. Denis came to our house and was a great guy to work with. He explained what was happening to my toilet, and repaired it within an hour. Great service and professionalism.

My bathtub was full of standing water and no matter what I did I couldn't remove the hair that was blocking it. I tried several different drain cleaners from the store but nothing worked. When Denis showed up, I was relieved to find out that it wasn't a bigger problem. Great work from a pleasant young man.

We use John The Plumber to look after all of our properties. As a property manager, I know what it's like trying to find a reliable plumber. We called John The Plumber when our drain was blocked. Andre was informative, polite, and managed to unblock the drain for me. He even inspected the drain with a camera free of charge afterwards. I will call them again if I run into anymore plumbing problems.
