Total clog/backup in sink and dishwasher drain. Over the course of 36 hours, I tried plunging and snaking and even a little liquid drain cleaner -- no luck. Called DrainPro and the two Matts were on site in about an hour, as promised by the dispatcher. They were helpful and professional throughout, communicated clearly what the options were, and successfully cleared the blockage. Can't ask for much more from a plumbing company.
