Mr. Furnace

They are the worst company,way too expensive and they don't care about your needs only selling yiy as much stuff as the guy can don't ever use them!!! Unless you have money to throw away!!!

Today Lino arrived to do our furnace maintenance. I have relied on Mr.Furnace for more than 10 years to keep my furnace and air conditioner running smoothly and they would not get my repeat business if I was not 100% satisfied with their work. Plus they arrive within the 4 hour window given when the appointment is made, call when they are on their way and are respectful of my home. Today I threw Lino a curve ball and asked him to take a look as to why the furnace filter was so hard to install; he cheerfully took the extra time and made the necessary adjustments. I would not hesitate to recommend Lino and Mr. Furnace.

Rick from Mr. Furnace did the scheduled maintenance of our A/C unit today. He was professional, courteous, and quick. I highly recommend Mr. Furnace and recommend that Rick get a generous salary increase. Thanks guys!

Cory came to inspect and tune our HVAC system. He was professional and courteous, even covering his work shoes with coverlets. He made a couple of really good suggestions for future regular maintenance and upgraded/updated our filter.
We are having them come back next week to do our tankless water heating system.

The furnace guy arrived on time, and helped install a thermostat.
He asked if we had any other issues, we said yes, the blower was too slow and there was a harmonic hum when the heat was blowing. He took over 1 1/5 hours to fix those two items, and still only charged 50.00. I was very pleased. He was very polite and helpful.

I did not have to pay for this service because I enrolled in their monthly service contract for my heating & air conditioning system. The service person was very polite, answered all my questions and appeared very knowledgeable.

A special Thank you to Brandi for all your help; the service and advice was very helpful in deciding the right furnace and ac that was best for our family and home. Service was fast and no big mess afterward.

Brandy Maracle arrived at my house a complete stranger to give a quote for an air conditioner. I am generally very particular about following through on being very thorough on finding the best company at the best price. Brandy however made me feel so comfortable that night and she was so confident that they were the best company for the job. She left not only with the sale but with the key to my house so they could come in the next day when I was at work to install the new unit. She also came after the install to answer questions and to ensure the job was done right. Without supervision the job was "top-shelf" everything was clean and done proficiently.
