Mr. Furnace

Kenny was a stellar serviceman. Extremely polite, efficient and arrived promptly after their office called to let me know he was on his way. We always get great service from Mr. Furnace!!!

Claude Carver went beyond and above his work experience and was a person of great knowledge. From this day forward this man will be the only one allowed to repair any breakdowns on my Furnace ..MR. furnace should hire and train their employees by this gentleman

Was having furnace serviced and Brian noticed water leaking from hot water tank. Old provider could not replace hot water heater for 6 days and bought out tank. Mr. Furnace was 2 days and VERY HAPPY with service and also the remarkable guys working for this company. CJ was amazing and they seem to treat customers that they care and not a number. Also VERY PROFESSIONAL and helpful when asking questions. Would and will recommend this company to family and friends. Also very reliable if you need help. Congrats to them on jobs WELL DONE.

The service provided was excellent. He was great with all the animals that we have. Kenny explained every thing that he was doing and was very pleasant to deal with!

Since I am on the gold plan I got a check up and a new flame sensor and also Kenny cleaned the dirty blower . He had to go out to get the part so he was here for many hours but I should be good for the winter now. Hooray for the gold plan.

I have always used Mr Furnace for my HVAC needs. I have never been disappointed in their service. They are prompt, efficient and leave my house as clean as it was before their visit. Kenny looked after my semi-annual inspection and was great.

Secondary heat exchanger was broken causing the furance to leak, Mr Furnace can that day inspected the furnace and found the problem. Talk over the what needed to be done to repair, decided to replace furnace and A/C unit at same time. New furnace was ordered and installed the next day.

Mr Furnace was the only company that returned my phone the same day as the hot water tank was leaking. Work was done quickly and professionally. The workers answered all our question. They cleaned up after them selfs

Our home is over 100yrs old and it had never had a furnace. We have lived here for 11 yrs and are now looking into fostering children so we needed a proper furnace. Randy was one of 4 estimates we got but the ONLY 1 to suggest a proper furnace (& AC). We are over the moon with it! Tom, Everet, Ryan & Mike were all awesome! The job was a challenge to plan out and run all the duct work & lines but they did it! Thank you to all the Mr. Furnace team for your expertise & experience. I came home on a Sunday evening to a cold home. Called Mr Furnace about a repair. They are one of only a few companies that will answer the phone on a Sunday and come to your home. We met Mark later that night who was great at figuring out the problem and making a suggestion for repair or replacement. The next day we had Randy come to our home to discuss an estimate on replacing our 21yr old furnace which made more sense to replace than repair. Randy was excellent at explaining all the options and process of installing the new furnace and AC. The next day Ryan and Mike arrived on time to start our installation. Both guys were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They put in a good nine hour day working but wouldn't leave until all was finished to perfection! These guys were easy to talk to, ask questions, joke with, etc. We really enjoyed our experience with all of Mr. furnace's guys and would recommend them to any other homeowners. Remember you get what you pay for and if you want great service, you want these guys!
