Vance was prompt, in fact he was early. He got rid of the ants and didn't break anything in the process like the other company i had last year. He answers questions without rushing to get the work started and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any time. These are all qualities that i look for in any contractor. I have my guy for pest control
