We had a leak to the right of my bed in the master bed room last year and i never thought that it would lead to an infestation of carpenter ants. I was confident that it was mice due to the scratching noise and the 2 other companies i had called also told me they were mice. Vance was the only person who told me otherwise and he gave me a good reason why. I was hesitant as getting rid of carpenter ants is more expensive than getting rid of mice so i had the other company treat my house for mice but 3 weeks later the noise was not even reduced the company came back 2 times after which time they refused to even pick up the phone. In complete frustration i called Vance he was very assuring and offered to get paid later if i was not satisfied. Vance removed the cable outlet stuck the end of his machine inside the wall and started spraying...5 minutes later ants starting pouring out, at least 2-300 of them. For the first time in a long time i was able to sleep on time that night. For everyone looking for an exterminator get it done correctly the first time, believe me it saves a lot of stress.
