Modern Purair Kelowna

The property used to be a duplex and was converted back into a single family dwelling with the addition of a secondary suite, the ducts had not been cleaned for many years and needed a super clean out. This we got and then some. The work was done very proficiently and expedited with great care. We were very please with the results and the workmanship. The crew was friendly and courteous and we will gladly recommend them and their service to others. During these Covid times more care could be take to ensure social distancing

We had our ducts cleaned last week and Austin was the man in charge. We were totally impressed with the service and it was very obvious that making sure we were satisfied with the service was important to him. Austin did his best to accommodate our every need which was not that easy since we were undergoing renovations. He explained everything to us clearly and answered any questions we had. Zack called about 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and arrived right on time. He was friendly, polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing and showed me what he cleaned out of my furnace ducts. The job was completed within the time frame I was given when booking. He cleaned up well when he was done. I am very satisfied.

Ryan and Aaron did an excellent job, very professional and left our home as they found it. Will definitely use this service again, explained all work they did and were very tidy.

While cleaning our ducts in Kelowna, the service technician drilled into our A/C unit resulting in us having to replace the whole unit. There was no effort to investigate or discuss the damage caused by the service technician. I wouldn't recommend using Modern Purair for your duct cleaning in Kelowna or West Kelowna as everything will seem fine until damage had been done.

I was very satisfied with Brandon's work. He cared about his work, was very professional, and wanted to make sure he did everything possible to give me the best results. He was very informative on the whole process and answered all my questions. The result of it all is the air in my house feels so much better. I couldn't believe how much dirt and debris came out of the vents. Well worth it!

Our Strata Management company uses Modern PURAIR as one of our preferred vendors and are very satisfied with their work. Any time a follow-up to service is requested they are very quick to come back to address any issue.

Yesterday we had our furnace and ducts cleaned by Purair. Ryan the young technician did an excellent job, communicative and very diligent during the cleaning task. Ryan called a few minutes before he arrived and finished the job within the estimated time-frame. Highly recommend this company.
