Frank was recommended to me by my friend who had her 2 bathrooms beautifully renovated by him. He is very punctual, competitively priced and is very meticulous in his work. He will not leave unless you are 100% satisfied with his work.
When I bought my condo it had to be gutted and Frank did a beautiful job on my 2 washrooms, laminate flooring, painting, kitchen cabinet installation, kitchen backsplash, floor/wall tiles, closet organizers, closet doors, marble window sills, and pot lights. My Superintendent has told me that my condo is one of the most beautiful in our building. Visitors have asked me who did the work in my place and I have recommended Frank many times and they too now refer him to others because he is so reliable, honest and hardworking.
I learned a long time ago that if you pay cheap you get cheap. Frank has competitive prices and what he charges is well-deserved because he is a perfectionist.

When people come over they immediately notice how bad the tiling job was - there is a clear dip in the middle of the floor and at least 10 pieces are not flat, the tiles stick out and the corners stab feet when you walk across them. Frank did not ensure the floor was level before randomly installing tiles, no level was used, no spacers was used. He didnt charge a lot, so I guess I got what I paid for, but now it's going to cost me even more to completely redo it since it is SO bad it has to be redone. I'm so upset that we didn't clean the grout off first before paying him, as we didnt notice just how bad it was until we cleaned it off. I would not recommend for tiling the floor.
