Maric is a professional! He was punctual, polite and it's rare to see people passionate about the work they perform. I needed a maintenance on my furnace and was referred to him by friends. I was so impressed that I will use his services again and I will highly reccommend him to others.

Maric fit us in on short notice on New Year's Eve to repair our furnace. Methodically diagnosed the problem and replaced our malfunctioning intermittent pilot module. Had us up and running again after a day without heat. Professional and polite. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Maric was recommended to me in 2011 and cleaned my furnace and air conditioner. He did a very thorough job. This year I had a new humidifier installed and also had the furnace cleaned. I was extremely satisfied in both instances. He is very polite, explains in detail of what he is doing as well as how the appliance works. He is very accommodating and is always on time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

I was very fortunate to have Maric first service my a/c unit over 4 years ago. This was during a heat wave and he was fully booked on other emergency service calls. He realized how desperate I was and went out his way to find time during a packed schedule to come over and get my a/c working. Over the last couple of years I have had issues with my tankless heating unit. He is the type of individual that truly cares about his work and is very dedicated and professional during each visit. He treats each repair like he is doing something in his own home. I would trust no other person the way I trust him. I have recommended him to many others and they all have been very grateful. Marc was able to come to repair my water heater on short notice which is awesome. He's very friendly and pleasant, and answered all my questions. He is respectful of our home and I would recommend him to friends and family as well. His pricing is fair and I will continue to use his services in the future, especially since this is the second time we have used him.

I am very impressed with Thermal Edge. Maric managed to fit me in short notice arrived at exactly when he said he would and repaired my leaking gas pipe. Maric offers both great technical knowledge as well as great reliable customer service. I would recommend Maric and Thermal Edge to anyone who wants great workmanship at a great price.

I was initially referred to Maric so that was already a good sign but I also, therefore, had high expectations. I can happily say that he delivered on those expectations and then some. He was very honest and detailed. He explained what I needed and didn't need and only did what was necessary. Very personable, professional and educational.

My husband and I had purchased and had it installed by Maric St. Rose the owner of THERMAL EDGE AIR SYSTEMS. He did a fantastic job and all the work is very neat and clean. He was very polite and respectful to my family and my home. He wore plastic covers on his shoes, even when he went downstairs into the unfinished basement. He was hard at work and got the job done right. He even sat down with us to show us how to register the warranty for the new air conditioning unit. His prices was very reasonable and he did not pressure us into anything else. We actually found Thermal Edge from reviews on this website. Our A/C unit failed the first time we called Maric at Thermal Edge. He was working at a job site nearby and said he could stop over in about 4 hrs and would call just before. He called to confirm he was 5 minutes from arriving just a few hours later. When he did arrive he had the issue diagnosed in a few minutes, which was a failed contactor. I had researched the symptoms beforehand and was fairly confident that was the issue but I wasn't about to get into that type of repair and obviously I wasn't completely certain. So that was a good feeling. The cost was much lower than I would have expected, considering we were paying for a part and a service call!
The second call to Maric:
About a month later, we had no hot water and a flashing indicator light on the tank. I called Maric and while on the phone he instructed me to reset by unplugging the power supply and then how to verify the flame had ignited at the bottom of the tank. He then said to call the company from whom we had leased the water tank to get a service call which should be at no charge. I can hardly say how impressed I was to find that kind of honesty.
Despite being incredibly busy, I was compelled to get back to this site and finally write this review.

I too was referred to Maric and Thermal Edge by Richard at Coretemp, another highly rated company on this website.
Our issue was that our furnace would not kick on when expected. Maric set up an appointment for that afternoon to come out. He called late morning to advise he was delayed at his previous appointment and was it OK to come around 6pm. That was fine with me. Around 4pm I called him to advise the furnance had now come back on and would he still be able to fix the issue given it was working. He said he should but we agreed to our request to defer the appointment to the next day at 3pm. since it was not such a rush.
He arrived as promised and explained exactly what he was doing.He quickly found the problem which was just some dirt in one of the burners. He cleaned this with a steel brush and was done and showed me what I might be able to check myself should the same issue occur in the future.
Will definitely call him again for any heating or air conditioning services.
