Every aspect of this company was professional to the core. The estimators were curteous, timely and knowledgeable. The company's administrator (Angela), was superb in her knowledge of the business, customer service abilities and responsiveness to customer concerns. She ensured the entire job ran smoothly, and to our satisfaction. The quality of the materials and workmanship were 2nd to none. I realized why they wear "the crown". Would refer them to anybody. Everyone that I dealt with at Royal Crown were very customer focused. The estimator was very helpful and explained the work very well. Office staff made sure that my schedule was met as to the scheduling of the job. Any issues that I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. There were a few very minor issues with the eaves in hard to reach places, otherwise I would have rated them a perfect 10. These issues were however corrected as soon as the weather allowed. The installers kept the job site clean daily to the point that I did not know whether they had been there or not. Highly recommend.

We had problem with our eavestrough as they were leaking when we started shopping around for proffesionals in our area. Eni came by as scheduled and provided us with a competitive detailed quote that stood out from others. We decided to proceed with the work order and everything turned out great, our problem was obviously fixed and our house looked brighter.

I had some fascia damage from heavy winds. RCA did the repair and replaced all of the eaves at the same time. Work was done quickly, and the price was better than the other two quotes I got. Fairly thorough clean up, and they hauled all the old stuff away.

Only issue was that they missed a small piece of eaves on the third floor and had to come back out to complete the job. Everything else was good.

We wanted to replace old cedar shakes that covered the top half of our semi-detached house. I called Eni and he came over within a couple of days. He told us exactly what his workers would do and recommended some additional work to the front porch. There was no pressure and no hard sell.

Once we had settled on RC for the job, he came over again and helped us pick out the size and colour of siding. Again he was extremely helpful. His crew came over the following week and took about 3 full days to finish installing the siding. They were very efficient, polite and cleaned up when done. Their workmanship was excellent.

The second crew that installed the eaves troughs and gutters even came over on a holiday weekend because they knew that the a storm was coming. That's awesome service.

Its been about a month since the work's been done and we've noticed no problems. It looks awesome and the insulation we had added under the siding has made an improvement on the upper floor.

The house we recently purchased badly needed replacement of most of the exterior: Eavestroughs, downspouts, soffits, fascia, siding, and more... And, we required a reliable and professional company to do the job properly.

I had a new garage built and called around for quotes to install eavestroughs and downspouts. I called 5 companies and Royal Aluminum was the only company to quote on what was asked to be quoted on. The other companies quoted on the house not the garage, they were obviously not listening to me. When i asked these companies to requote i never heard from them again. Royal Aluminum showed up exactly when they said they would to quote, provided a quote the next day and showed up on the day they were scheduled and did the job that they promised to do. Professional, quick and efficient.

1) We were pleased with the overall job.
2) We had a few problems, partially due to our lack of understanding of terminology - e.g. frieze board. Eni's check-in during the work permitted clarification and correction.
3) The crews worked quickly and professionally and were able to make adjustments on site when required.
4) Sabrina and her assistant were very helpful in scheduling the work during a period of difficult weather.
5) Recommendation: since photos were taken of the job for estimating purposes, perhaps those photos and comments detailing the work to be done could be attached to the quotation. This would ensure that both parties understand the work that is included in the contract.

Eni came out and gave me an estimate on 3 different jobs--a small fix, a larger replacement and a full replacement of all eavestroughs. The estimate was quick, accurate and reasonably priced. I made a decision quickly and had a crew out doing the work within 48 hours. Most of the work was done in one day--and the crew was professional and cleaned up all of the garbage afterwards. We discussed the job during the day and they made sure to incorporate my feedback. All in all, I was satisfied with the quality of the materials, the crew, the price and the timeline. I would highly recommend.

I needed to have some eaves troughs and downspouts put on the front portico of my home. I had a few estimates for the job and the quote from Royal Crown was very competitive. I was also impressed with the other reviews I had read and the company's history. Believe it or not, the work was actually completed before the scheduled date. The colour match is perfect and the work is aesthetically pleasing-- which is extremely important given that the location can be seen by all. Blair, Dorian and Rifat were all courteous, friendly and professional. I am very satisfied and have received compliments on the workmanship.
