At the referral of a good friend, whom to me their word is golden, I had contacted Dan at Joel Daniels Eavestrough Inc for an install on my parents' home. He was kind, professional, courteous, and very informative on his products and services. Not only that, but he beat several quotes that I had taken from other companies in his pricing. His team was clean, and efficient. What impressed me most was the aftercare. There was a minor issue and Dan was happy to come and assess the issue and correct the problem for my parents without question or cost. He followed up with me, keeping me posted on everything and I was very impressed overall. It's hard to find good people who run great companies and who appreciate the value of a customer and strive for excellence in customer service. Joel Daniels Eavestroughing is definitely a company I would highly recommend for exceptional customer service.

While trying to eliminate a birds nest from my upper dryer vent i left the ladder to fall over and rip my downspout off. My problem was to find someone late in the afternoon to repair my downspout. Joel decided to fix my downspout after putting in a very long day. He went above and beyond to take care of a repeat customer and i really appreciated his customer service . Thanks and i strongly recommend his company anytime!

Where to start…customer services – amazing!! From the person who answered the phone, to the estimator & crew. Something I think is missing from a lot of companies these days.

Dan took the extra time to answer all my questions & made great suggestion on profile (hard to choose when there are soo many options!) & color for our downspouts.

The crew did an excellent job & left the property very clean which was very appreciated.

Aside from the excellent service and great price from Dan, the product used here is definitely a stronger grade in comparison with what ALL other companies offered me.

Joel Daniel's is a much nicer and better quality product, I haven't seen anything that could beat it.

If you want your house to pop, look nicer and add value, then use this company or you can stick with the other companies and blend in.

I am very pleased with the quality of work provided by Joel Daniels. We live in a new subdivision in Riverside South and took posession of our new home late this summer. We had multiple companies pester us with quotes for eavestroughs our new home would require. I couldn't understand why the same guy from another company came 4 times to our door after he had given us a price. I just didn't feel good about him, he had ripped jeans and had the tunes blasting in his car everytime he pulled in front of the house, he also reduced his price twice to try and get our business. I also noticed he had Quebec plates on his car so we decided we were going to go with an Ontario based company. We researched a few of them and one of the companies we called was Joel Daniels. Their quote was up to par with some of the others and we liked the idea of putting eavestroughs that would compliment the architectural look of our new home. We opted to go with 6 inch eaves because the size of our roofline, and how much more defined it looks. We now have eaves that are made of the strongest aluminium possible and they look fantastic. We've even got a few of our new neighbors thinking seriously about going with Joel Daniels for their eavestrough project. Kuddos to Dan and his team!!

This is the 3rd time we move to a new place and we tried 2 of the bigger eavestrough companies before. One of my friend's recommended them, and I'm glad we chose them. Great job, awesome new look (cause they offer different profiles), I would recommend them without hesitation. I called back a few weeks later cause my wife wanted to put a rain barrel on the back corner of the house. They came back and made us new adapters so that we have one downpipe for summer months and one for winter. They did this at no extra charge, which is rare in today's day n'age! Thanks, P. St-G
