The work done by installers was great. They did an outstanding job. I think you should pay them extra for working thru their lunch.

As far as the system goes I haven't had to use it much as the weather has been pretty nice this spring.

I just wanted to send a note to you to recognize what a pleasure it is every time we have Brian your technician come to our house to service the furnace we bought from your company almost 6 years ago.

We woke up this morning to find our furnace was not working and I called furnace king before 8:00 and got a call back at 8:15 and was told you could have a technician here between 11 and 1. I was extremely pleased when I heard you were sending over Brian.

Every time Brian has been to our house, we have always appreciated his visits, from the vast knowledge he has about furnaces and air conditioners, to the ease he explains what he is working on and what needs to be addressed, to the friendly attitude he brings with every time he comes to our house. It is always a pleasure to have him here and we really appreciate the work he does on the furnace. He never makes me feel like he is rushed and always finds time to answer any questions I have. When my wife called me in the morning from work to find out when someone was coming, I told her it was Brian who was coming and she was very pleased because we both appreciate his knowledge, work ethic and his personality.

I just wanted to commend you for hiring someone as capable and talented as Brian.

Hope your business is going well and I will continue to recommend your company to anyone looking to either buy a new furnace and / or air conditioning or is just looking for a reliable company for service. I wanted to share with you our surprise and complete satisfaction with dealing with your company. Firstly I said surprise, because your company performed all the steps you outlined in our discussions and contract. Secondly, our satisfaction, for your installation and service team are very competent and personable and completed the installation within the time frame you had specified without muss and fuss. And thirdly, this is not the first time dealing with Furnace King. Prior to all service aspects in our dealings with your company, we had received glowing reports of how good your company was, and this is the reason we chose Furnace King in the first place. I can say without reservation that you exceeded our expectations and hats off to your team, especially Mike, who is a very professional, thorough and personable man.

Don't hire them!!!

They charged and they did not clean the furnace. When I called them, they refused to come back to finish the work. Let us work together and bring them to court.

Zach and myself are quite happy with the new furnace. The install was quick, quicker than I expected and I loved coming home to a warm home, lovely surprise I thought it would be until the next day. Although I was not home Zach assured me the installers were very professional. The furnace works wonderfully and upstairs is much warmer now. I would recommend you guys to anyone. It was more expensive than I was hoping to pay but I know we paid for quality. I received the rebate info in the mail today so I appreciate that as well. It is important to me that you were able to come give us a quote on the Sunday. It was such awful luck to have the furnace turned off on a Friday and I couldn't believe no other place we called was willing to take our money sooner! Haha. Again I really appreciate you taking time on a Sunday to come and help us out.

Our experience with Furnace King has been excellent! From meeting with the home comfort advisor Sandip, who provided valuable advice, and with help of Mike the master installer and his team, they worked with us to re-position the furnace / duct work and hot water tank, they reconfigured our utility room to a much functional space! We love our new high efficiency furnace unit, and we are very happy with the professional service we have received. We have been recommending Furnace King to all our friends and family.

Just a quick note... about a month after the furnace was installed, on a very cold December night. We ran into a little trouble with the new furnace. Furnace King technician came at midnight to fix it for us!! That is service, thank you!

After my furnace died in during what had to be the coldest period in December 2016, I obtained several quotes and in home assessment regarding a replacement. I settled on Furnace King (FK)and was very pleased. The initial Consultation and Presentation with FK representative, Sandip was very information as he guided me through what my exact needs were. His knowledge, experience and attention to detail were evident as he made sure that I had exactly the type of furnace my home required.
After finalizing my decision, and completely relevant paperwork on the Friday, my new furnace was installed on the Saturday... talk about quick service.
INSTALLATION: The installers, Johnny and Michael were exceptional.
- they were on time
- gave me the FK red carpet treatment... ( laid out their protective carpeting from my front door to the basement)
- removed old furnace; replaced all necessary piping
- they answered all my questions
- went above and beyond with many other small fixes

After installation, Sandip was kind enough to follow up same day to check in and ensure that all was well. That was very much appreciated.
To be honest, I can't give a full review regarding the furnace/Unit itself. This is not my area of expertise and it has only been over 6 weeks since my installation. I am quite satisfied with the Furnace/Unit that Sandip recommended and can feel the difference in the home.
Hopefully I won't require a service call anytime soon, but I am sure if/when I do, it will be with the excellence initially displayed.
