Dormaster

I was looking for someone who could replace the frame around my garage door, since it was damaged and I couldn't open the door at all. I looked up dormaster online and called them up. The technicians knew what they were doing and were done quick. Will recommend for sure!

My garage door was in serious need of repairing, specifically the bottom panels, and the cold weather made it worse. I decided that I should contact Dormaster since a friend of mine had worked with them before. They did an excellent job, and they did not take too long either.

Had a broken spring on Xmas eve, so I called Dormaster and they were available. When he arrived he indicated that the springs both needed to be replaced, the cables, the end bearing plates, the bottom door brackets, and both rollers. The total cost was $600.00! A bit expensive, but I must admit I never oiled the thing. The repairman said most places would recommend the same sort of things and it would cost just as much. About a month later my door was jamming and it turned out the cold weather may have had something to do with it. I called Dormaster back and they arrived free of charge to repair and adjust. Very good and knowledgeable installer and good workmanship. I would recommend these guys as they seem to stand behind their warranty.

The garage motor installed in my house was started to slow down and there were some serious jams in it. I called dormaster and the technician fixed it quicky. Definitely recommended

I needed a new garage door opener installed because the old one began to break down. The old garage door opener was installed by the old owner of the house so I needed help. The people at Dormaster were really friendly and they did a very nice job! I will definintely call them again if I need help.

I had an old garage door motor that I had installed myself on my new house's garage door, but it had stopped working all of a sudden. I heard of dormaster from a friend and decided to call them, and they did a really good job repairing the motor.

Our garage door opener does not open or close with the press of the button. Called the company and asked about the 10.00 off coupon. They stated to tell the technician and which I did before the tech made the invoice. He still charge me the regular price. When asked for a refund they stated the tech must have lower the price of the other items instead. However the tech called them and told he did not deduct the price. They stated they will mail the cheque in two weeks.
