This was the first major project for our home. The work involved complete landscaping for the front and back of our property. Since this was the first time we had done anything of this scale, it was important for us to work with someone who was personable and willing to answer all our questions. Right from the initial meeting we had a good vibe. The project started as scheduled and was completed in a timely manner. Throughout the process, Lou'ay and his team addressed our concerns promptly and professionally. He even came through on an ad hoc request from our neighbour who's project was abandoned by another landscaper. With a few transplanting requests and minor damage to one of our drainage pipes (which Lou'ay has promised to complete and replace), Lou'ay is committed to giving the customer complete satisfaction. His follow-up emails after leaving the site only solidify his dedication to his work and his clients.

Our project involved removal of a deteriorating concrete
patio bordering on the pool and expanding it to almost twice
the original size. Drainige was very important since our
property is known for ground water problems.
Once the concrete was removed it became obvious that the
ground water condition was worse than planned which
could not have been anticipated,so the plan had to be revised
which was done quickly and professionally with a minor cost
increase by Lou-aay and his crew.

Louay and his team did a great job. They started the job on time and did not leave before they finished it completely. They came back to do some extra planting for us and did not charge us for that. I think the most important thing for me was their dedication and honesty. Being a home builder, this is something you always look for in trades and contractors.
They even promised to come back and fix any issues we have with the city of oakville . If you are looking for quality work then definitely try them out. You won't be disappointed!

After much research, this website led us to Burl-Oak Landscaping. We requested input regarding a patio design and Lou'ay made suggestions based on the style of our home, size of our backyard and our budget. Once the project began, he and his team were punctual and pleasant. The old paving stones were removed and a new patio and walkway installed. They clearly take pride in their workmanship. Our backyard is much more inviting and we have received many compliments. As promised, Lou'ay has scheduled a time to return and seal the bricks. A great job!

I would like to start off by saying that my experience with the gentlemen at Burl-oak Landscaping was by far one of the best I have ever experienced! My husband and I had had some work done by a local company a few years prior and regrettably, it did not meet our expectations. I spoke with Lou'ay and he assured me that the work that they were doing would last for years to come and that they would have the work done within 3 days, due to the massive amounts of rain. They managed to excavate our drive way and front walkway AND replace it all within 2 days. Their team of workers are hard working, professional, and friendly individuals that worked rain or shine! The price we payed the first time around reflected the service that we received. This time we did it right, by hiring Burl-oak, and it was well worth what we paid. My husband and I are more than satisfied with the finished product! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality work.

Lou'ay and his team did a great job. We took several bids to replace our front walk and although Burl-Oak was not the least expensive, they were the most forthright in explaining exactly the methods and materials used, the timing, and the potential risks using other methods.
