Great experience, workers were reliable, constant open communication regarding progress of the jobs. Fair market pricing I always get multiple quotes for projects so I know the pricing was competitive. Pleasant to work with and accommodating. Quick to return calls and e-mails. Will have Rudy back to install another job later this year in 2014.

I chose Rudy based on the reviews here and was completely happy with the service. His installation team was prompt and fast and the job was very affordable. The floor is solid with no weak spots or squeaking and it looks absolutely terrific.

We had 3 quotes and 1 was double Rudy's out and the other guy said it couldn't be done. Rudy got it done and they look great. Spiral staircases, one with carpet that was removed and the other was a builders grade spiral to basement. Rudy was here every day at the exact time he said he would show up and was flexible to work with around our schedule. We were delayed a week, but once we got started everything was exactly on schedule. He custom matched the stain to our current floors and we are thrilled with the finished product. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the job sd were very respectful of our home and family life (2 small kids and pets). Absolutely would recommend Rudy and his guys

We needed to renovate our new house to get rid of some UGLY parquet floors & carpet. Rudy and his team came and gave us a very good estimate (we had had a few). The second was Rudy, who came to my house, measured everything, recommended some products and gave me solid quote so I knew exactly what the job would cost and the time it would take. Very professional.

Rudy was down right professional from the very beginning when we first contacted him over the phone. He was prompt to the appointment, came with samples and had all the knowledge we needed to spruce up our condo before the new tenants moved in.
