Completely flippant and arrogant. Worker made two appointments and never showed. When called, the office casually said that the worker "had quit" - and was unsure when someone else would "be available" to do the job.
Some time later, a new worker called and made an appointment. He then texted that he had "an emergency" and would come "later" - which turned out to be the next day.
Repairs and cleaning completed. As my bill was over (I can't remember what amount), I was made to sign a document that I would pay. I was not offered a copy. When I saw the amount of work that was completed - and the quality thereof - I refused to pay.
No one will compensate me for the three missed appointments. No one will compensate me for the ample aggravation.
I have made two fair proposals to settle this matter. I never heard a word from the office. Gutter Doctor reverted by sending my case to collections and now threatens legal action.
Go ahead. Use them. Be prepared for an atrocious and aloof attitude. Be prepared for disappointment. Have you diagnosed a problematic gutter? This doctor will leave you in more misery than the gutters themselves.
