Terry was great. Very friendly, very efficient. We searched several repair companies and they offered the best price. Sometimes you worry when you chose the lower price and a company that is not as well known but it was not an issue. I would use them again.

Booked online. The time they came back with was inconvenient. I sent an email. They easily adjusted the time to suit my schedule. The service man arrived on time, was friendly, respectful and polite, immediately assessed the problem and affected the repair at a reasonable price. Very pleased all around.

Drain pump failed. Louis arrived and diagnosed very quickly. Explained the issue and work to fix... quoted on the spot and completed the work once the pump came in. Excellent work!

I booked online, which was super easy, they emailed me within 24 hours with a time the tech (Louis) could be at the house. Louis was right on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes of his arrival. Louis also showed me the broken heating element and showed me the new one he was putting in the dryer. Louis was professional, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for appliance repairs. Happy with the entire experience from start to finish.

Top notch service Breanne in administration and customer service to Shaquille (the on site repair man who fixed my microwave oven/hood) and ensure I didn't have to pay anymore than necessary. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs appliance repair
