The gutters were visibly cleaner after a thorough cleaning both inside and out. The repairs to the corners where they were leaking have been fixed. The installation of new funnels at every downspout, several gutter extensions and cleanouts were all put to the test the following day when it rained heavily.

Great service from this company from the start with site visit, recommendations and estimate by Jason, dispatch by Krystal and installation by Fraser and Gage. All my interactions with Precision were profession and friendly. The installation was done well and the site cleaned up at the end. I am so happy with my new gutters. Highly recommend this company!

I called Precision Gutters Ltd. for a quote on the 1/2 round Lindab Swedish 'european style' gutters for our new home build in Dec. 2020. The salesman, Connor, was polite, professional and highlighted some good recommendations like leaf guards due to a large tree close to the home. A colour sample pack was received by mail to assist with colour choice. I went with the anthracite colour which has a slight metallic finish and complimented trim and stucco nicely. After signing off on the quote, an install date was arranged for early January and the Precision Gutters crew completed the install within the week, with no mess left behind. The gutters look fantastic and very happy with the job they did. While the Lindab gutters are more expensive than the run of the mill standard square gutters, in my opinion the quality, finish and look are worth the extra cost. 5 stars & highly recommend.

I would seriously caution anyone looking at using Precision Gutters. My Strata was provided a quote from their company and 2 months after it was accepted the work was still not completed. Then they came back requesting 50% more to do the job.

Precision provided the quote without conducting a site visit and still acknowledged our acceptance of their quote by saying the work would be scheduled ASAP. When they arrived on site to conduct the work it was determined that they had undervalued the cost of the job and instead of honoring their price they chose to come back to us with a new price inflated by 50%. When we refused to pay the additional premium they responded that we could wait 5 months, until their slow season, and they would be happy to do it for cheaper.

In looking at the reviews online it seems Precision provides good quality work - when they do it. As with many things in life buyer beware. If you choose to do business with Precision know that you will likely wait far longer that promised and your price might go up when they show up.

We eventually had to go elsewhere and found someone who is doing the work at the price originally quoted by Precision. This company completely lacks integrity and I would never recommend them to anyone.

From the day I met Gord and he supplied his vast knowledge and great ideas to our job I knew Precision Exterior Siding was the right choice for us.
Last minute changes we made were welcomed by Gord and his crew. The office staff and crew were always respectful and very professional. We are very happy with the job, thank you Gord and crew!
