Brendon was courteous and helpful, especially when I had to book RoadRunners quickly before our move. The crew was quick and careful with our belongings. They were also very polite and had a smile on their faces throughout the day and even when some of our furnishings proved more difficult than they thought. The move cost more than the estimate, but I have to admit that we had a lot of things that perhaps Brendon didn't consider during his estimate.

I am extremely pleased with these fine movers, they are exceptional. They arrived on time, were professional, established an excellent plan for the move and executed perfectly. They are highly recommended and I will use them again.

Not only were Paul and his crew available and very accommodating last minute after a nightmare experience with another moving "company", they were very professional and respectful of our houses. They laid down red carpeting throughout the house and wrapped everything in protective blankets. Even took the time and had the forethought to take extra special care of my wifes late fathers carriage light. Thank you so very much for that guys. It meant a great deal to us.

Simple. Professional. Courteous. Easy to talk to. These guys know their stuff. Paul and his crew took better care of my things than I do myself. I have several pieces which are solid wood and weigh upwards of 420 pounds and they moved them as if they floated on a cloud. I called on a Saturday. Thy came on Sunday (1 day later) to quote the job. THey came the following day to wrap and package all my items. Wednesday was the big move and it went flawlessly. I cannot describe how comfortable they made me feel throughout the whole process and the professionalism of their entire crew. I was nervous trying a new moving company and I could not be happier with how it went! I will definitely call roadrunner in the futurewhen I move again and will definitely recommend them to friends.

Paul and crew were on time, professional, and handled our items with care. They charged exactly what was quoted with no hassles. I would use them again for another move and recommend them to others who are looking to avoid the hassles you hear about from other companies.

I hired RoadRunners for a 1-bedroom Condo move from downtown Toronto to North York on Oct 31st 2011 and was very impressed with the service. I had to reschedule a few times due to service elevator restrictions and there was no problems whatsoever and they were right on time. Sofas, TV's, bedroom furniture were wrapped with blankets and taped and there was no damage to any of our furniture. They also used red-carpets to walk on when on our carpets, which was a nice touch.

Very affordable and professional - I would recommend to anyone.

Road Runners did a great job. Conscientious and courteous personnel. Nothing broken. They took care of all our stuff and humoured our special requests without hesitation. Final cost was on quote.

I believe my matters were dealt with by a gentlemen named Paul Davis. He and his crew were very pleasant they handled the tasks assigned to them in a professional and pleasant manner. The move was affordable, they finished in a decent time without damaging any of my belongings, I have and will continue to refer Roadrunners Moving and storage to anyone in need of a moving company.

This was by far the best moving experience I have ever had in my life and that's saying something. Because of the nature of my work, I move almost every other year and I will continue to use Road Runners if I ever move in GTA again. From the get go, Brendan (one of the owners) was quick to arrive and efficient with his quoting (which was spot on might I add) and gave me the best rate I could find. All his recommendations helped immensely to speed up the moving process. On moving day the movers showed up early, EARLY! That is unheard of from movers. The guys were very friendly and took amazing care of all my furniture, making sure to wrap everything in protective blankets. I was astounded by the man packing the truck. Not a big guy by any means but he did an amazing job getting everything to fit perfectly together, almost like real life Tetris. The unload was really fast, everything that was taken apart was put together perfectly (even the annoying Ikea furniture) and most importantly nothing was damaged. I have since referred Road Runners to 2 of my friends and they both had equally as impressive experiences. I couldn't be happier.
