A & J Windows and Doors is an established “family business” and one that provided me with great customer service. The owner only sold me what I needed. I had quality windows professional installed at a fair price. I am so happy with their installation of the awning style windows which from the inside of my home, beautifully frames my English garden. Very client friendly and even went through the trouble of taking apart an old door before our renovation, stored it for months, and re-installed along with all the new products when our house was ready. A&J Windows is spectacular!!!. John is such a knowledgeable professional who really cares about his customers. We recentley went through a renovation and he gave us the most amazing service. We felt so comfortable the entire time and trusted his input on our project. After we moved in he even came back, set up an appointment to visit to our house to ensure the windows/doors were perfect. After, he found a scratch on our front door from the movers so he quickly made arrangements to have it fixed when he really didn't need to.

Completely impressed with the team. The quality and craftsmanship was bar none. The owner even came by to check on the work being done. The floors were completely covered with drop sheets, and the place was clean when they left.

John was very professional when he came to give us the estimate. He arrived at the pre-arranged date and time. The quote was comparable to the other one we received.
When the replacements were done six weeks later (as promised), the crew of two were very careful to prepare the house with drop sheets. They performed the installations and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. John dropped by when the crew was here.
