The Move Man

Over my life I have had many moves with many different movers. This by far was the most exceptional service I have ever received. The two young men who moved me were polite, efficient and did an exceptional job in managing to get all my belongings safely stored in a locker. Well done The Move Man!!!

The young men that were sent to move my furniture, were well spoken, polite, well dressed and totally efficient They actually made the move very easy & stress free. Extremely happy .

Great job! It cost what they said it would, took the amount of time they predicted, they showed up on time, worked hard, didn't break anything and the two guys they sent out were really intelligent and personable, not zombies like you often expect from a mover. I definitely recommend them.

We called the Move Man to come move the items to our new house, and we are pleased to say that they did an excellent job. The movers were very polite and did not leave any scratches or dent any of the furniture or walls. With their help, the move was very quick and painless.

The guys that came to move my things were prompt, clean, and courteous. They were extremely efficient and careful with any breakables. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to my friends and businesses.

I run a furniture store on the North Shore and we carry luxury custom furniture that is all Canadian Made. Our clients are making a great investment into quality furniture and it was important to us that we had a quality mover that cares. The move man has provided timely deliveries to my clients homes, the movers were clean, young, handsome and have taken great pride in our clients homes. I have received tons of great feedback about how personal able the movers were as well as how careful they are. They installed nail on felts on all our pieces so they wont scratch our floors. I could go on and on about how much I love the move man but really you should experience it for yourself. Also, they are reasonably priced.

On January 30Th I called the other moving company that I had booked weeks in advance, to make sure we were still on for the next day. They told me that they couldn't make the move. I was frantic. I saw The Move Man on Homestars and called them. Thank goddness I did. They showed up early the next day and moved me flawlessly. They were clean cut, polite and fast. Moving was fast, courteous, and careful. The rate was a little higher than others, but there was no minimum charge or transit fees. Things can break when you move, and Ian took the time and effort to order a replacement lamp shade that was broken. This was no easy task as the lamp was discontinued.

I do not often move but somehow this was my third in fourteen months. The first two did not go well! I actually used this site to choose my movers this time and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The guys were really friendly and actually listened to my suggestions on the order of packing based on my knowledge of the delivery end. They moved a couple of things for me at my destination that were already there. I cannot say strongly enough how professional and fast they were which saved me money. I would recommend them to anyone.
