The Move Man

We've used The Move Man twice and I cannot recommend them more. The movers were helpful, personable and hard working, ensuring each box reached its correct destination within the house. They even took their shoes off each time they entered the house!

I own a van and I thought, why hiring a company to move my stuff for me if I could do it myself? Well I was wrong. I needed to take some furniture and books from my storage in Vancouver to my new house in Whistler, yuuu huuu :-) I tried to arrange some friends to help me, but what a time waster of time. Finally I got my father to help me. We tried to fit an armchair in and we realized the van was pretty much full already :-I That is when I decided to ask for professional help. A friend gave me the Ian's number and that was the solution to it. I called him, asked him for a quote, it was so much more affordable than what I thought, booked them, the guys came took all my stuff including the heavy boxes books and magazines and in one day everything was in Whistler with no scratches, beautiful. To be honest, now I realize how much time I have wasted doing something that could have been done in a much convenient and smart way. Thank you The Move Man, I am definitely passing your number to my friends and will use your services when need them. Keep the great look and work ;-)

When I purchased my new furniture for my new condo, the sales person assured me my stuff would fit. It didn't. I was desperate, I called Ian at The Move Man and he came over right away. He took one look at the new stuff and said no way is it going in the elevator. He then asked to see the balcony. I am on the third floor. He called two of his guys and they balcony lifted my sofa, king headboard and king mattress. It only cost me $350. Money well spent. It would have cost me $10,000 if they couldn't do it. Thanks a milli you guys.

Thee Move Man does such a great job. They picked my items up and delivered them to my home with such care. I am confident with all there staff and not only did they deliver, they placed my items, unwrapped them and took all the garbage away. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

I need stuff like bar barber chairs moved around the city for different events and use the Move Man every time…they're efficient, polite and get the job done right every time. I recently used them to move in to my new house and these guys are great!
