I needed a old toilet replaced with a new one. The new one was already bought by us and delivered to the condo, so the price only included installation and removal.
I'd say the price could be a bit cheaper, say around 240 (hst included). But I just needed this done and done quickly, so I appreciated the speed and no hassle service.
The guys were able to come out the same day I called and got the job done within less than 2 hours, didn't make a mess and din't try sell me anything on top of what I needed. And took down the old toilet to the recycling dock.
I was also potentially looking for the water hose (of the washing machine) to be fixed, as it was leaking. However, on the day that Aquamaster workers came it was not leaking, no matter how hard we were trying to make it to, so at least they didn't try to make me fix it "just in case". Believe it or not, many companies do.

I wish the mark I give would have a weight, because giving a 10 for a complex project is not the same as giving a 10 for a small project. I mean the real test of any company is when they perform a complicated non-trivial project well. Well, I would definitely recommend Aquamaster for changing toilets, sinks and the like.

I want to thank Aquamaster for fast and very clean service. We had a clogged kitchen sink, after several attempts to do it myself; I decided to call our local plumbers. They have unclogged our kitchen drain in less than 15 min. Good job!

We had a damaged clay pipe causing sewage backup in our basement. Aquamaster prompty came and did the work the next day. Cut up a small section of driveway, dug down, replaced the pipe and were gone within 5 hours. The two crew were hard-working. It was a costly repair, but typical of this type of work - fair pricing. Only complaint was the gravel has dropped a few more inches than I would have expected so I'm not sure if the dirt was tamped down as much as it could have been.

As well, camera inspection was done at the end, to ensure that no future problem arise.

They told us that because of the roots getting into the pipes we need to replace our old drains in order to fix the problem. During the big commercial flat roof replacement, we discovered that three out of four drains were plugged. The next day heavy rain was forcasted. Our only choice was to cover the drains with membrane to prevent them from overflowing and leaking inside. The problem was that the whole roof would then be full of water after the rain, which would result in signifficant delays. We called Aquamaster; they came and cleaned all drains the same afternoon.
