Aquamaster Drain, Plumbing & Waterproofing

I had a large crack in my foundation, Aquamaster came very quickly and did exactly what they offered. The price was better than everyone else and my yard is back to normal, so is my basement. Fedir was great!

Good job. First of all, I was hesitant on who to choose. There’s a ton of fly by night operations there, and having some bad experience with roofing, I was doing my due diligence. One of the first things I did is check the license with the city and then talk to several references. Seems like a little, but boy it makes a difference. Half of the contractors will go off your list once you do that. The price at Aquamaster was slightly higher than another company I was seriously considering, however they were offering more for it. Basement waterproofing isn’t something you want to save on, since if it leaks you’re up for more high bills and headaches. I wanted to get this over with, so I went with them. Was a right choice, recommend the company.

Last year we moved to a new house and then decided to do renovation in our basement. The company that did renovation said that first of all we need to do waterproofing as our basement was leaking. They recommended us Aquamaster. We got the estimate on the same day we called. Fedor the technician was very polite and reasonable,so we didn't hesitate and went on with that company. I did lots of cooking and dish cleaning today and my kitchen sink got clogged, this is 3rd time now. I used the liquid drain opener before, and it worked fine but it didn't work out this time. I hired Aquamaster because they could come within 30 min.Plumber arrived on time and cleared the drain very quickly.
I'm 100% satisfied.

My toilet blocked in the evening.I tried to call lots of companies but they even didn't want to come when they heard this is toilet, when I called Aquamaster they come immediatly and snaked it. i'm fully satisfied with the serviced and a technician.

I have a 15 year old house and there was a crack in my foundation which never leaked before, until last weekend, when we had quite a bit of rain and that’s when I’ve noticed water in my basement. It is unfinished and I found the leak quickly myself. Aquamaster was one of 3 companies I’ve contacted. Fedor came the same day I called. He was friendly and informative on the estimate, I also liked that he used those plastic shoe covers when entering my house. The job was scheduled for Tuesday and was completed by the end of the day .Crew was professional and what was impressive VERY clean. I had a wet basement problem. After inviting 5 different companies I made my choice on Aquamaster and never regret. They are strictly professional young people using latest diagnostic equipment.
As a structural engineer myself I appreciated their approach to the problems and precise and accurate way to resolve it.
In result the waterproofing work around the house was accomplished at time, plus additional drain was installed in the basement.
