Royal Roofing

My review for ROYAL ROOFING at 5000 Yonge Street. Less than 10 years ago, I had Royal Roofing replace my roof, which came with a 10-year guarantee which is meaningless. Since I had this done, there has been nothing but multiple issues with leaks. They come and do a band-aid fix, but when it's not done right the first time, the problems return. Unfortunately, I now have to replace the roof, the attic insulation, as well as the ceiling inside the house. So much for a 20-year worry free investment.

Two requirements were completed impeccably by Royal Roofing . A 12x16 timber pavilion clay tile roof and a 20x25 flat roof silicone gland.
We required experienced professionals to entrust with 1,200 custom clay tiles made for the timber pavilion. We also required a flat roof gland to integrate with a 13 octagonal skylight, an adjoining steel roof and a second storey wall.
Both installations were addressed competently by internationally experienced professionals in a timely and cost effective manner.
Simon was sensitive to our special requirements and high expectations. He monitored the projects through to completion ensuring our satisfaction.

Royal Roofing helped us replace two roofs in the past and repaired another one recently. They have always been very knowledgeable in their work and quick in response!

Simon was excellent at promptly replying to my contact message. He came the next day to give me a very reasonable quote and was ready to re-roof my sun room addition within the following days.

Simon and his team did an amazing job installing our new roof! Simon was professional and very helpful from the start. We are extremely happy with the job they did! They replaced a joist that we didnt know needed to be replaced, they cleaned all of the gutters and left us with a beautiful new roof!

I needed to get some snow off my roof after Toronto was hit with a big storm. I was seeing some signs of leakage. Royal picked up my call right away, gave me a quote within 10 minutes, and was at my property the same day. They explained to me what they were going to do and they kept me informed along the way. The removed the snow and assessed a few trouble spots. I will definitely have them back in the spring to do some repairs. A+++
