I contacted Greenstream Environmental Inc. to do some mould remediation work. Their consultant, Ighor, came out and evaluated different areas to be addressed and gave me his opinion from his years of experience on how to move forward on this project. I felt no pressure and thought his recommendations were good. On the day of the scheduled work to be performed Ighor and his team of Jose and crew arrived on time, put on HazMat suits, and did a magnificent job of removing all the mould and asbestos tiles. They cleaned up perfectly and removed all of the debris from the work area after the job had been completed. I thought their fee was fair for the work performed. I would not hesitate to hire this company again if the need should arise. Kudos to Ighor and his team.

Crew of 5 arrived to close off room containing attic access door. The preparation was time consuming & well done. Each day crew was prompt, house was protected from any damage & asbestos particles. The complete job was completed sooner than anticipated & once tarps were removed the room was spotless. For homeowners with pets, the crew gave attention to the dog & made sure the cat could not escape. Bonus points.

In preparation for new carpeting installation, we wanted asbestos tiles removed from our basement flooring. Unlike another company, Thais from Greenstream arrived on the agreed-upon date to do an evaluation and provide a quote. She was professional and courteous (and wore a mask of course) and provided a straightforward quote for the tile removal. We also wanted our old carpeting and underlay removed as well and Greenstream was able to accommodate that, which was a relief, as that alone is a large undertaking.

Thais was able to move up our date for the work to begin from a Monday to a Friday, which really helped in our timelines. The two-man crew arrived and they worked wonders in removing the tiles and underlying mastic, as well as the carpet and underlayment, along with most of the 30-year old glue which had affixed the underlayment to the concrete and to the stairs leading down to the basement.

We were extremely pleased with the work the guys did, and they worked very hard with very hot and humid weather; Thais was there to go over things with both the crew and with us before things started.

One thing we also appreciated was the use of a non-toxic mastic removal agent. The basement actually smelled a bit like lemon afterward. We couldn't be happier with the work Greenstream did, from the initial consult, to the communication before, during and after, and of course the actual job. I do not hesitate in recommending them, and the job was done for a very reasonable cost.

Green Stream came in, gave us an honest and fair assessment, and did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned everything and were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Had renters move out of my condo. The walls, floor, and ceiling adjacent to the windows were water damaged and covered in mould.
Thais was the project manager on this project for me and she was very easy to work with. She came, she saw, she gave me quote on the spot followed by a formal quote. They started within a week and finished just as fast. They ripped out all of my flooring, some drywall, and cleaned the areas around the windows. I asked for air testing since mould is tricky to deal with, when the results did not come in as good as expected, Thais told me exactly that and told me that the crew would go back and do some more work for us and retest. Great service, easy to work with, honest, and good workmanship.

From the collection of quotation, site inspection, scheduling and performing the work, this company has been very professional and explained what they will do before, during and after the work is done. Thais, the project manager came on time to inspect my attic and provided a comprehensive quotation. She is very accommodating and was able to schedule the work in such a small window. The couple who removed the molds in my attic were thorough. They perform the mold removal and redo the work on areas that were missed and thoroughly completed the job. We discovered asbestos tiles underneath old carpet as we were preparing to renovate our upstairs. I gathered several quotes, and I chose Green Stream as my best choice in terms of competence and value. I am very happy with the asbestos removal, they took great care to complete the project very safely and they left things very clean after.
