Grand Alarms

We just had our new home built in Richmond Hill, and Grand Alarms is the vendor who is responsible for the wiring. We decided to go with Grand Alarms for the alarm system too, and I was impressed by their staff in customer care. Victoria was very helpful in our meeting, as I have lots of questions and also I had planned much in network wiring, and she tried her best to cater to my needs, when she was not sure about the technical details, she goes to the technicians to get the answers. Amanda did a great job following up with us, called us several times before our house is closed to make sure we have an appointment for the actuall installation in a timely manner. I'd like to say thank you to the folks at Grand Alarms and I hope the technicians responsible for the installation will live up to my expectations too!

I called Grand Alarms to advise them of my upcoming move...I was told that Christel would call me back as soon as she was off the phone and you know what that means usually, the call either never happens or it happens a day or two later. Well, not in this case...Christel called me back in a matter of 15 minutes. Not only did she follow through on what was committed to, her phone manner was exceptional. She was truly a pleasure to deal with on the phone and was able to provide me with information that I was not aware of! Amazing is all I could say!!!

Our experience with Grand Alarms has been great! They have set-up and installed our alarm system pre-move in for our new home! I worked with Amanda Powar and she was fantastic. She was great at accomodating my questions, setting up flexible appointments to my schudule and looking further into inquiries I had...she understood my concerns and took the time to be patient and helpful. Never pushy!

Great experience overall. Communication with Amanda was excellent. Chin, the installer arrived at the scheduled time and did a clean installation. He was able to re-fished a roughed in wire that was lost behind the wall when the builder put up the insulation/dry wall with zero damage. Highly recommended.

The staffs at Grand Alarms are very friendly and helpful. Amanda was our contact person to set up installation appointment. She gave us a reminder call and a detailed walk through of what should be expected before the appointment date.

We were suprised by one little thing when we picked up our alarm system certificate though. We did not know that our package did not include smoke alarm monitoring until the certificate was presented in front of us. It would be nice if we were told of the different price options while signing up.

Would like to mention Daniel who was able to come right away , was polite and was quite fast in replacing the battery. Also offered to make sure that current phone numbers got updated as they were incorrect.
