Lusso Design (Entry Doors & Door Inserts)

I recently replaced my old double doors with a new door system by Lusso Design. Andrew came over to provide me with both quotes for adding just the door inserts as well as getting a new door system with inserts. He was very knowledgeable and honest with the condition of my existing doors. He offered me a competitive price so I decided to go with the complete door system with custom inserts.

Andrew has a large library of beautiful insert designs and all of them can be further customized. I was able to pick from an existing design and adjust that design according to my preferences. Also, I was able to select from a great variety of lever sets with intricate designs. The end product and the workmanship of the installation were of premium quality. The entire production process took a bit longer than expected but the results are well worth it.

Andrew has excellent after sales service. He checked up after the installation to make sure everything was done perfectly and that I was satisfied with the door system. I wanted to create custom inserts for my front door, and Andrew did just that. He whipped up the design and sent it along. He did a wonderful job installing the inserts and has very good attention to detail. he is polite and professional. We had Andrew install new double doors. I knew when I met Andrew he was honest, experienced and most important not pushy. He gave his advise on the door inserts and he was right. The doors had the iron insert and they look great. Installers did a great job. I didn't have a peep hole installed then I called Andrew and he came back and installed the peep hole. He operates his business with passion and provides the best customer service.
