I used Joe's services to remove the wasp nest on the wall outside our house. I have also asked him to look at the carpenter ants that was crawling outside our walls. They were coming through the cable wires attached to a tree at the back of the house. He sprayed some ant powder and tried to locate where the nest was. It seems the ants are coming from the tree through the cable wires attached to it. He recommended that we remove the branches from the trees to prevent the ants from coming through them. He also sprayed ant powder along the wall without charging us for it. A few years ago, we had raccoon problems underneath our deck. Joe installed wire mesh all around the deck and did an amazing job. We haven't had any problem with raccoons since then. I would highly recommend using Snap Pest Control if you have carpenter ants, raccoons or wasp nests problems.

Joe was very responsive and resolved our issue 100%!! It was not an easy task. We have a very steep roof and Joe had to install mesh netting around areas of possible entry. Joe solved the problem. Anybody can catch a squirrel in your attic. Joe found the entry points and fixed them. Others would just keep coming back and charging you to remove squirrels. Not Joe! The job was expertly done. Joe is one the most pleasant, friendly and HONEST person you will ever meet. This is the third time I have used Joe in the last 5 years (all different reasons). Thanks Joe!!!

I recently found a dead mice in the basement, and made a call to the company. Joe responded so fast and did a thorough investigation to my house.

He went over every corners, walls and found many clues of where and how the mice might come into the house and stay. I also learned what's the trace of a mice leaves. After that, he sealed every possible holes on the wall and garage.

He also promised two revisits before the winter so we can make sure everything is ok. This is really beyond my expectation. Overall his work is exceptional, and I really like it and appreciate his professional work.

I hired this company snap pest control to get rid of a mouse problem. The mice were all over the place I don't know what Joe did but all the mice are gone I had this problem for a few years I was very pleased at the way he went around doing the work highly recommended definitely would use him again. 5 stars

After hearing scratching noises in October of 2014, I called another Pest Control company and they did a basic job by throwing poison everywhere and not wanting to come back. I then called Joe in the April of 2015 and he came out and did an Inspection of my attic. Joe was reasonable and knowledgeable and knew where the possible points of entries were. He came back in June 2015 and sealed them up and scattered poison around the areas. I was totally impressed with his calm demeanour and how professional he was. He couldn't fully guarantee the return of the mice because I live in a townhouse complex but was so determined to eliminate all possible options and for that I am grateful.

I've had a perpetual issue with pavement ants coming into my home under my patio doors for a number of years now. At their worst, when I was trying to deal with it myself, they would come up into my kitchen by the hundreds, and I'd even have a dozen or more flying ants flying around as well.

I've also had some other pest control companies help out in the past and they've done a reasonably good job of keeping the ants at bay, at least on the inside.

Joe went above and beyond all that and I've yet to see a single ant inside or outside in the areas he treated. Instead of just treating the areas he could see, Joe went so far as to pull down the insulation in the basement, caulk up any holes he could find where the ants were able to get in, and lay down a ton of the dust along the edges that were otherwise hidden behind the insulation. He also did a great job returning all the insulation when he was finished the job.

I really couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I feel now like I won't need to treat this issue very year and I won't start to panic at the first hint of warm weather for fear of the ant arming marching its way up into my kitchen.

Just want to say thanks Joe for a job well done. We discovered we had termites in the garage last fall and Joe came promptly to inspect when we called him. He confirmed it was termites and explained that because termites are inactive in winter that we should wait until the spring to take action.
In May he came back and explained the whole process advised what steps to take to help combat termites then did what he said he would. He was very knowledgable about our problem. He did a great job and his price was very reasonable. He is great to work with and clearly explains what he is doing and is very thorough. We would highly recommend him.

Called Joe because my daughter was fed up with years and years of mice problems. I tried and just wasn't successful. Joe came and showed me areas were mice were coming in that I never saw before. Finally, I know what's been the cause of all the trouble. I will do the sealing myself and if that doesn't work then Joe is just a call away. Great guy.

Joe from Snap Pest Control was able to come the very next day after calling them. He located the ant nest almost immediately and sprayed the area. He also made recommendations for the prevention of new ant nests from forming. I would definitely do business again for any pest control service.
