Snap Pest Control

While tackling home renovations and opening up some walls, we discovered evidence of a frightening pest issue. It was like a dramatic scene out of an HGTV show. In a panic, we called multiple companies and had a few estimates. Most companies automatically gave us the worst-case-scenario and developed invasive, expensive plans without conducting a thorough investigation of the affected area. Joe was referred to me by another company. As of our first conversation over the phone, I knew Joe was different. He took the time to ask me direct questions to figure out exactly what was happening. He was very assuring, straight-forward, and patient. I even sent him photos via e-mail for him to give me his opinion. When he came over to view the affected area, he did a thorough investigation of the entire home. He asked us a ton of questions to determine what had happened, and why. Joe works with you to pinpoint the exact reason behind the problem, and finds a targeted solution. Joe does not base his business model around FEAR, which is exactly what most companies do. He truly is not there to just take your money. He is there to ease your worry, and help find a solution, if one is even necessary. Joe does not create or exaggerate problems to scare the homeowner. He is there to fix the root of the problem. He does not offer a generalized option which oftentimes does not solve the problem. Hopefully we never need to call Joe again, but if we have any more problems, he's already on my speed dial as my go-to.

To my horror and dismay, I discovered that mice had somehow made entrance to my home. Joe is a seasoned professional; he completed a through assessment of my house and blocked & baited potential areas of entries. Since then, I have not seen any more evidence of mice. Thank you Joe!

I contacted Joe to come by and do a Followup in my attic to see if the mice activity slowed down since his last visit a year ago and he came by on Tuesday as planned. He looked in the attic and gave me an update that the mice activity has decreased and it doesn't appear to be problem at this time. I was relieved that he came by and checked it out and he said if there was any further concerns to call him for a service call. Thanks again for the Followup Joe. I appreciate your help.!

I had a persistent mouse problem for many years. Over the years I retained several pest control companies to address the issue. They all baited my home but did not conduct much of an investigation into the root causes of the problem.

Joe thoroughly checked my home inside and out, even getting on a ladder to check the upper areas of the outside of my house. His inspection lasted almost 3 hours. He determined the issue to be a hole in the wall of my home. He baited my home, I sealed the hole and I no longer have a mouse problem. I have already recommended Joe and would not hesitate to do so again.

Joe was exceptional. He did a thorough examination of our property to determine any possible entries locations from mice. He wasn't trying to just deal with the current rodent problem, he wanted to prevent it from happening again, which is so key and often what other companies neglect to do. He had all the tools necessary and went way beyond our expectations, which included crawling under our deck and doing all types of sealing around the doors. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained to us how to detect rodents (signs of nests, where to look for entry points, where they were crossing in ceiling) and how we could take our own precautions because he genuinely doesn't want mice to return What I love is that he doesn't solely rely on poison to solve the problem. He tackles it from every angle.

Overall, Joe went above and beyond. More importantly, he genuinely cares about solving our rodent problem and is willing to spend as long as it takes to get the job done.

We had a tricky problem with WASPS over our front door, behind the brick wall. Once we contacted Joe, he responded the same day, described in detail what he would do, gave us a price, and came the next day, as arranged. Under the circumstances, it was, nevertheless, a pleasure to work with him. His knowledge of wildlife and its behaviour is extensive. Problem was solved as per his script. This is the 3rd time we asked help from him. He helped us to clean wasp, to kill mice before. This time he helped us to cover 10 roof vents. Excellent job!

I had a wasp problem infront of the front entry way inside/under the roof. Called SNAP for a quote. Joe provide 2 options and was very honest about how each outcome/scenario will come out. He was able to come the next day to take care of the situation. Very knowledgeable about what the wasps were doing and what was going on. Once he was done, the area was also clean, no mess. Found Snap Pest Control on Homestars. Called and spoke with Joe at 6pm, and he came the next day exactly as promised. Explained the best way to remove the wasps, and took the extra time to suck them out and then powder the opening. Also offered to come back if the wasps returned. Very friendly, and very helpful. Would hire and recommend him.
