My mom's house had a mice issue a few months ago and we called Joe after reading the reviews on HomeStar. He was amazing and extremely thorough! He took the time to inspect the entire property including the garage area and figured out that there was an opening above the garage door, which he closed. We did have a few concerns during this process, and every time we called Joe, he took the time to answer our questions and alleviate our concerns. Our mice issue was resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and have had experience with other companies to see that Joe definitely goes above and beyond.
