The installers came 15mins before scheduled time and finished before estimated end time. They laid sheets on the floor and stairs to protect the work area. One of the installer was very kind and went over all the details of the installation which was appreciated. Their price is not the cheapest but they do provide 5yrs labor warranty, however you must maintain your yearly maintenance through them. We are overall satisfy with their service.

Very impressed of how efficient the staff were. They came on time and finished the job with out wasting any time. And kept their working area very clean. They were very thorough in showing what changes were done and took time to explain how to operate the new machine. Very happy with service.

My husband and I met with Tony, the sales rep, who was very helpful and courteous. The installation of the equipment was fast, 4.5hours (less time than was estimated) and they showed up exactly on time. The technicians laid a runner from door to furnace room and cleaned up all materials when they were done. The pricing was competitive but no one could match their 5 yr labour warranty which we valued. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their heating and or a/c systems!
