Ok system. We took over service from previous owner who was reasonably satisfied. Somewhat dated. No free App for phone. No cameras. System does the job with no issues to report. Wish they would improve. Friendly staff. I want cameras, App for my phone, so I can see what is going on in our home always for real confidence.

I've had my system for Deluxe for almost four years. I was still paying the initital cost of 28/month. Others are prepared to take over my system for 9/month and they matched it.

I am very pleased with the service I got at Deluxe Alarms. I received great customer service from knowledgeable staff. Pleased with the function of the alarm system and the value.

this was for renewal of contract, I stayed with them as their service was best. They even helped me to reduce the monthly fee.
