Ton Furniture

I spent at least 2-3 hours a day the past 2 weeks searching, inquiring and hunting down the best place to buy a mattress in Toronto... and I found it. Ton Furniture (tonfurniture.com).
The guy who helped me (I think his name was Andy) was extremely nice and helpful. (I wish I could say the same about some of the other places I went to - including all the big name stores).
I ended up getting the "Natural Escape Plush Latex Mattress" for $1200. (Before I purchased, I searched online and this mattress is selling for almost $3,000 retail.)
These guys make the mattresses in their own factory and dont have all the overhead expenses the other Toronto mattress retailers do. That's why we are able to get it at such a great price.
As well, they made my mattress new and delivered it the next day - FOR FREE!. YOU WONT GET THIS KIND OF SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. Trust me, I tried!!!

The service and product that we got from Andy and Ton Furniture was excellent. We bought our first mattress from them. In the showroom Andy was polite and helpful without being pushy. He explained the different mattress qualities and recommended one for us based on our needs, not based on his profit. The price we paid was well below retail value for that quality of mattress, so we were happy that Ton Furniture puts customer satisfaction above raw profits alone.

When it came to delivery, they were flexible with our preferred schedule, the mattress was delivered quickly and on-time, and the whole process was simple with no disruption to our lives.

I contacted Andy based on the reviews on this site and am so happy with both the service we received and the product. Due to renovations and visitors from abroad, time was tight but Andy made sure that we had the mattress and box before our guests arrived. This involved two deliveries because the first attempt failed due because the box spring was too large for the stairwell into our 130 year old basement. Andy returned the next day with a split box at no extra charge. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend Ton Furniture without reservation (the mattress is great too).

Never really reviewed before but I know how chaotic and stressful mattress buying can be. Well, after doing alot of research and legwork, I came across Ton Furniture and I must say, the quality and service are amazing! I was given a tour of the factory where the mattress was built and from the long list of clients that the factory serviced, I was given more confidence with the type of manufacturer I was dealing with. Everything was above board and transparent. Delivery was punctual (in fact, he came early! A rarity these days). Product was as promised (and custom built as they had nothing in my size). They are even willing to customize the layering of the beds if you wanted different materials or layering. All in all, great prices, great product, great service. What more can you ask for? Definitely would have saved me alot of headache if I came across Ton Furniture first!

I bought a double mattress from Andy a couple of days ago and so far it has been very comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the customer service that included free delivery on the day after my call, free setup, and also a free mattress protector. Found really great reviews for Ton Furniture on homestars so i gave Andy a call. I was really impressed by the way he showed me not just 1 mattress, but he took the time and really educated myself the differences between certain mattresses which i tried and was really there to help you pick out the right mattress. Was given plenty of time and he was never pushy either and within 30 minutes i purchased both mattress and box spring which also included free delivery, I enjoyed the whole mattress buying experience with Andy and will defenitely spread the good word. On the day I placed my order online, Andy emailed me back on asking for shipping instructions. I was impressed with the personal email rather than an automated reply. I was amazed how soon delivery could be arranged. It was the first time I ever bought mattresses from this place and did it based on numerous good reviews. I've had the mattress for about a week and we love it. At first I was scared that extra firm would be too hard. It was really firm on the first day, but over the week, we got used to it. We love the mattress a lot and look forward to sleeping in the bed everynight. Thank you very much. I would buy from this company again.

Andy is really helpful. I asked Andy to deliver the beds to my new place at 7pm on the day I moved in. However, after I moved in that afternoon, I found out no delivery was allowed after 7pm. So I called Andy to see if he could deliver the beds prior to 7pm. Andy was so great and he rushed to beds to me and arrived at 7pm. I am really thankful to him and definitely will buy from him again.
