My experience from beginning to end was great. The customer rep was courteous and knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak to. Simon the technician was also the same but went far above and beyond what his job required of him. He explained things as he went along with patience without wasting time. He even took a moment to pay attention to my cats finding out later that he is highly allergic to, wonderful conversationalist. Thanks for everything.

When I read the older reviews about Elite Appliance Service, I was not expecting very good service; however, they have really stepped up to make customer service a priority.

I had to wait a bit to talk to someone in person but once I got through, the Customer Service rep was very pleasant, courteous and clear on her instructions. The prices and service schedule she explained to me were exactly as expected.

Benjamin, my technician was very professional and explained everything to me. My LG washing machine was leaking although it was operating properly. Even though he was not able to definitively find the source of the leak, he was able to reassure me that everything was operational and the next day, he talked to his colleagues and called me back to give me more advice! That's really going an extra step. Thank you Benjamin.

Overall, I appreciate and am satisfied with the service I received.

Great service and fast response, job well done by Rex as he took care of the dryer and didn't leave until he made sure the heating coil and the board were replaced and working...Thank you

After 7 years, my LG dryer drum cracked. Luckily LG warranty covered the replacement of the drum. They called Elite and Elite called me to make an appointment. After checking the drum, they ordered the drum and after 2 weeks my dryer was working like new. No more thumping and no ripped clothes. It took the repair person 20 minutes to replace the drum. I am a happy customer.

Amazing service from these guys. They were the best part of this entire experience. I would recommend them again! They completed my Work Order number 219336 efficiently and effectively.

I had a really good experience with this company. I sent an email, they got back right away and the booking was easy and fairly immediate. Their tech guy was fantastic. Polite, courteous, and incredibly hard working. He didn’t stop for two hours, and, man, that does not look like easy work. A++. Really great job. And it was reasonably priced too. Thanks so much!

After having a TERRIBLE experience with another company, I chose Elite because they are a recommended GE repair company. Service person was excellent-fast and very polite. Only weakness is getting original contact with company-phone and email not very efficient, but once booked, all was good.

Called LG about the dishwasher pump being noisy. 1 year parts and labour warranty was expired. They offered a flat rate repair and set up for Elite to repair. Technician arrived on time, was courteous and friendly. Explained what he was doing. work was completed within 1/2 hour. No mess, no damage. Dishwasher is quiet again. Ref 205129

Elite were engaged by Samsung to address refrigerator/freezer warranty concerns. The entire process was handled seamlessly from their initial email and phone contacts to the completion of the service visit. the serviceman arrived on time and promptly made the necessary adjustments and provided helpful advice on how to avoid a repeat of the problem.
On a humorous note the serviceman was ideally proportioned for the work as he performed the work while sequestered apparently comfortably inside the freezer housing.
