My stove was not holding its oven temperature so I called Elite for service (Elite Appliance Service - Reference WO No. 213425).
he tech showed up on time and stayed as long as necessary to not be able to reproduce the intermittent Samsung problem. Not his fault. However, he left me with all the information needed to proceed should the problem re-manifest itself (stupid stove!).
Stove still works, but should it stop working, I have all the info I need (thanks Elite) to deal with it next time. Tech was very patient and did his best to reproduce the problem. Unfortunately at the time, there was (and still isn't) anything wrong. Oh well. But the service was highly satisfactory.
I will call again should there be a problem.
