I received a recall letter from Bosch on a dishwasher I bought in 2013. I was instructed not to use the dishwasher until the repair was done. Bosch gave me three different phone numbers of businesses who could do the repair. One place said it would take 2-3 weeks to receive the repair kit, then they would book an appointment with me. The second place was in another city. The third place was Elite. I called Elite and was told it would take 1-2 weeks to receive the kit, so I decided to go with Elite. I gave them my cell number and in one week they texted me an appointment date, but I wasn't available for that date, so I texted them back. They then texted me a new date and time frame which I booked. My time was 8 AM - 11 AM. On the appointment date, I received a courtesy notification text at 8:18 AM the technician's ETA was 20 minutes. He arrived within that time, removed his wet boots, and went straight to the kitchen. He asked me to shut off the power to the dishwasher and then worked on the dishwasher and was done in less than one hour. When he was done, I turned the dishwasher power back on and he tested it to make sure it worked. He was polite, fast and effective. Note: Elite likes to communicate through text, so have a cell phone number. It is so efficient. No waiting on hold. I had never dealt with Elite before and I am very pleased with the way they keep me notified every step of the way! I would definitely recommend Elite Appliance Parts and Service.
