I had a dishwasher recall notice and was referred to Elite. They issued a Work Order (number 223720) and set up an appointment for a tech to come out. The tech was excellent. He was polite and finished the work quickly. Would use Elite in the future.

Fixed my LG Washer

Ryan arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in a quickly and timely manner. Elite Appliance Repair is one of the few service repair companies that is authorized to fix LG appliances that have amazing customer service reviews and delivers on that. Beware of other companies even if LG directs you to them. Lesson learned: do not buy LG; Use Elite for service repairs.

Thermadore dishwasher (224021) - Great Service!!!

I called Elite Appliances for a second opinion to fix our Thermadore dishwasher (work order 224021). Not only was the technician able to fix the door latch but he was also very friendly and professional, asking me if I had any other concerns regarding our dishwasher. He was able to explain the issue to me clearly and resolved it right away. I would definitely call Elite again in the future!

The technician was courteous and polite. He addressed all my concerns and questions. I will definitely use them again in the future. The only problem I had was their phone line was really busy, but they do have an call back option which helps. It is still better wait on the line forever!
