Called Elite to fix my Bosch dishwasher which was under recall. Was very impressed with the customer service rep I initially dealt with, who was friendly and professional. She explained they needed to order the required part, which could take up to 2 wks, before scheduling appointment and that they would be back in touch. They have a system of text messaging to keep you up-to-date with status which I found very efficient. I never had to follow up with them and everything was done in a very timely manner. The rep called to confirm the service date, and I was given a 3 hr window 3 days in advance of the service call. I got another text message when he was 10 min away, which was very helpful. The technician was very efficient, polite and friendly in addition to being on time, and ensured I was happy with everything before he left. Got a follow-up from the company shortly after he left to confirm I was satisfied. Very few companies provide this level of professionalism and service. Would highly recommend this company. Dealing without a functional dryer is misery but Elite appliance made the process of having it repaired pleasant.

I truly appreciate their text feature in scheduling appointments and receiving notifications. Their technician, Ace, was above and beyond my expectation. Pleasant, courteous, effic isn't and extremely knowledgable. He was helpful and great throughout the process of diagnostic and repairs.

Had an issue with our Samsung washer that was leaking from bottom. The Technician came in diagnosed the problem and repaired in very quickly and efficiently. He explained and showed me the issue. He was very efficient. Great job

I waited a week for Elite to service of my appliance. Tech who showed up had never seen my appliance and asked me if I had the manual for my appliance? WOW~! Three things to note. 1>Elite will charge you for a fuel surcharge for a local Toronto call! 2. Call LG first, as calling service tech first puts you in HOT water with LG. 3. Never buying a LG appliance again. Can't buy parts and no one wishes or is able to fix (can't get parts). Closed service model and you pay big bucks for useless service - like Elite. Tech and LG told me to replace my appliance and its only 10 years old. 2nd service tech who finally fixed the broken wire cost me $150. If I had listened to LG and Elite I would have spent another $5,000 on a new appliance. And LG stated they only support an appliance for 10 years. After that you are out of luck with LG.

WHEW- thankfully there are people out there who truly service appliances!

Our overall experience with Elite Appliance for our dishwasher was really good. The technician came in the time frame that was given. He was friendly and very professional. We also liked that he was clean cut and well mannered. Great Job!!!

Elite's service was just perfect - I received email confirmations of my initial request, and the booked apt. Service technician texted me 1/2 hour before to give an exact ETA. He arrived on time, with extra parts, and quickly did the repair. He showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it. Could not ask for anything more! ref#223927
