I called Elite Appliances for a second opinion to fix our Thermadore dishwasher (work order 224021). Not only was the technician able to fix the door latch but he was also very friendly and professional, asking me if I had any other concerns regarding our dishwasher. He was able to explain the issue to me clearly and resolved it right away. I would definitely call Elite again in the future!
