All Clear Window And Gutter Cleaners

We just moved into a home with gutters that probably haven't been cleaned for years. We hired All Clear to come out and they were great. They were punctual, professional, and very polite. They did such a great job on our gutters, which needed a lot of work.

All Clear Window and Gutter Cleans did an efficient and fantastic job cleaning out gutters. Compared to other companies, they were courteous and very professional. They also took the time to give us a call the following year to follow up and to remind us of our annual cleanup. Would highly recommend All Clear Window and Gutter Cleaners.

I have been using All Clear for my window and gutter cleaning for years. From booking to billing, they are competitive and professional. (If you like, they will even diarize your next appointment - which I highly recommend particularly for those times of year when we all seem to want our windows cleaned at the same time.) I have always found All Clear to be prompt, courteous, respectful and thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend All Clear to anyone looking for a trustworthy and accountable homecare service company.

(Obviously, "approximate cost" varies depending on scale of project...my home is on the small side but I've had All Clear out at different times for either windows or gutters or both together, so I've just listed the value of one of these visits in the Approximate Cost section of this review.)

All Clear has made an oustanding impression on us with their services. We have been using them for several years now and they are always reliable, consistent, affordable, and our favorite part is that they have called us in the past when it's gutter season and they're booking up, and they always follow up to make sure we were happy with the service. We can't say enough good things about them.

Carl came to my three level house in Burnaby and cleaned the exterior windows. He is a very conscientous, methodical and genuine guy and I know I can rely on him to do a good job every time. He even when asked lopped off a branch from a tree that was overhanging and very near one of my upper windows. Good job Carl. Will use this company again.

I have needed the crew at All Clear Windows to help me get ready for some open house events. They are always very helpful fitting me in sometimes at the last minute. Their quotes are great, prompt and competitive and if I have any questions Tanis is always available to answer them. They even took the time once to carely scrub off some moss that had started to grow on one of my clients skylights.

I contacted All Clear by email and asked them to provide me an estimate for cleaning the gutters and windows of my house and garage, as well as cleaning off the moss and debris on my roofs. They came by the very next day, did an estimate and slipped it through my mailbox. Later that night, Tanis called me and asked if I had received the estimate, which I did, and wanted to know if she could book me in. Now that's proactive! They had a cancellation the very next day, so I took it.

One of their cleaners arrived the next day and spent a good few hours cleaning the gutters and windows. I got home just as he was packing up. The windows were spotless, the gutters were very clean, and the moss and sticks that birds left on our roofs were gone. There wasn't a drop of gutter gunk anywhere on the walls or cement! He put all of the debris in our yard debris bin. He handed me the invoice, thanked me for the business, and drove off.

A few days later, they called me to ask if I was satisfied with the job and wanted to know if they could call me in a few months to see if I needed cleaning again. I love a company that provides good, proactive customer service.

All Clear did an excellent job! It's rare to get good service nowadays, let alone great service! I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing their gutters and windows cleaned!
