Mr. Electric of GTA West

I had a light fixture installed this morning by a technician named Gary. Just wanted to say he did a great job, was polite, friendly and professional. You guys have been great, so I just wanted to thank you for a job well done! Thanks guys!

The City of Brampton has put in place cost prohibitive hurdles to build legal basement apartments by requesting Duct Smoke Detectors installed. There is only one company in the GTA that can install these and make sure they work with your existing smoke detectors. DON'T be cheap, you've got to use Mr. Electric. They called the day before to confirm, and again a few hours before the electrician got to my home, and topped it off by emailing his picture. The electrician was knowledgeable and was done with two hours. Just a delight to work with.

The service provided by Mr. Electric was excellent! The service man, (Devin), was courteous and professional. A job VERY WELL done! If the need arises, I would definitely use them again.

I called Mr. Electric, asked for a specific date and time for the electrician to install my ceiling fixture and the electrician arrived exactly when I wanted. The electrician was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He presented me with an estimate prior to doing the installation. We agreed on the cost and he proceeded to do the work. I had outlets in the kitchen that never worked since I took possession of the house, from the builder. Actually, it was on my PDI and on 3 separate occasions the builder sent someone out but none could repair it.

The last guy I almost threw out of the house when he told my I was overloading the outlet by using a toaster and kettle at the same time.

Mr Electric came out, inspected the outlet and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional, Identified himself and quickly went about solving the problem. He even had extra work to do because the outlets were 'sealed' in when the backsplash was installed.

I recommend this company to anyone having electrical work done. They even followed up after the work was done. I am keeping their contact information, if I should ever need electrical services in the future.

I required some switches and outlets to be replaced, so contacted Mr. Electric as I've used them on two previous occasions - everyone I've dealt with (from the office staff to the electricians) has been very courteous and professional.

The electrician made a preliminary visit in order to scope out the work and provide a quote. He then visited 2 days later to complete the work - on both visits he was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner.

The team was wonderful. They did the job as described, within the cost estimated (even though it was more difficult than expected). They were courteous, friendly, and made excellent suggestions along the way.
