Very professional, helpful, and on time. From start to finish, office to technician, to end result , was a good experience. Paul, the technician, came at the scheduled time, was very efficient, friendly, professional, and cleaned up completely. He even took the time to explain a few things about electrical wiring to me. Thanks, Paul ! Only negative, I found it a bit pricey. $550 for an hour's work !
