Another positive experience with the folks @ Convertible!
There seemed to be an issue with my ac not turning on. I called Converible - they always answer the phone right away and communicate very well with their clients - they answered right away and sent the technician, Adam, over the next day. Adam did a diagnostic and determined their was no issue present. Adam is a really genuine and nice guy and I really appreciate his sincerity. Thanks, Adam.
I will continue to call upon the folks @ Convertible for all of my HVAC needs as I find them to be a very honest, polite and cost effective company.
Lastly, a shout out to Marnie. Thank you for reply to all of our comments here on Homestar. This demonstrates that you're both paying attention to your clients' feedback and care about how we feel about your service. Thanks and keep it up!
