Prfessionaly done by a very likeable and prfessional person.Left the place clean and tidy and removed and took away the old unit without being asked to do so.We will have no problem recommending Convertible,seeing that it is the second heater they have installed in our house since the last unit was installed twenty years ago.Thank you for a job well done.
