Daimon was a good communicator, provided a clear written quote. He was very collaborative with some modifications once the project started.
His work crew were on time, tidied up at the end of each day.
As the project was completed in late October we are looking forward to enjoying the spring with the low maintenance garden.

The work was completed in late November so it will be interesting to see how it faired over the winter regardless though Daimon has assured me that he checks in on the property periodically to make sure everything is great. Daimon did our backyard and front yard for our townhouse unit. I just wanted to mention that he designed our backyard layout exactly the way we wanted it. Other contractors wanted to do something easy and not to our taste, but Daimon curated the design exactly to our liking. Our situation involved a highly sloped backyard to be done in one level, which the other contractors shied away from, but Daimon told us he could do it. His advice in stone selection was excellent, always asking many questions before doing anything. Indeed, a very pleasant person to deal with. What we ended up with was an outstanding design. We had a smaller area that needed some landscaping done in our backyard this past summer. Daimon understood what our vision was and was very helpful in helping us achieve a practical solution to some areas that were tricky. I never felt pressure to make the job "bigger" than it was.
