This company also goes by Home Pro Exteriors I bought an online voucher for gutter cleaning ($39) - however, I booked an appt to have my leafguards and downspout down at the same time of the gutter cleaning. They came, they cleaned (left debris from the gutters ALL OVER THE WINDOWS - nice) and called me with a quote to do the rest of the work. I said the quote was fine and the tech asked me for $100 "for materials" plus I had to pay tax on the online voucher. I gave them my card. The office called me the next day and said that they couldn't accommodate me until ONE MONTH later! what?!?! I booked the appt for the same day or even a few days later!! One month was way too far in advance so we cancelled our appointment. Of course, like the shady company they are, they refused to refund our "deposit". My husband tried to call and speak with SCOTT but his email back to us (verbatim) "We handle these types of disputes through email so that we have a paper trial." The owner won't even speak with a dissatisfied client on the phone?! Seriously?! I hope your integrity and the good name of your company is worth $100. Keep the hundred bucks. Don't spend it all in one place
