The Home Professionals No Longer In Business

I bought a Groupon for eavestrough cleaning. Dealing with the phone operator was fine. They were able to call back within an hour whenever we called them. A few things I didn't like was 1. The appointments are scheduled for mornings between 9-12 and afternoons between 12-5 and you have to be home we use another company last year and you didn't have to be home and they did a better job. 2.The workers didn't clean all the eavestroughs because they didn't want to go on the roof, this is because our house is too close to our neighbors and you couldn't get a ladder between the houses somehow the company last year was able to clean between the houses. 3.Didn't appreciate that once they left they came back a few minutes later to upsell us by telling us that our eavestroughs are loose and that they coud repair them for $75 we said no they left, a few minutes later they showed up again telling us to talk to there boss because he could do the job for $50. I wouldn't recommend this company for these reasons. Also they changed there company name from the time we bought the voucher and now.

This company also goes by Home Pro Exteriors I bought an online voucher for gutter cleaning ($39) - however, I booked an appt to have my leafguards and downspout down at the same time of the gutter cleaning. They came, they cleaned (left debris from the gutters ALL OVER THE WINDOWS - nice) and called me with a quote to do the rest of the work. I said the quote was fine and the tech asked me for $100 "for materials" plus I had to pay tax on the online voucher. I gave them my card. The office called me the next day and said that they couldn't accommodate me until ONE MONTH later! what?!?! I booked the appt for the same day or even a few days later!! One month was way too far in advance so we cancelled our appointment. Of course, like the shady company they are, they refused to refund our "deposit". My husband tried to call and speak with SCOTT but his email back to us (verbatim) "We handle these types of disputes through email so that we have a paper trial." The owner won't even speak with a dissatisfied client on the phone?! Seriously?! I hope your integrity and the good name of your company is worth $100. Keep the hundred bucks. Don't spend it all in one place

I’ve never been one to write reviews but I was compelled to after my experience with Joel and Chris. The two tech’s came to my house on a moment’s notice because of an emergency leak and fixed it on the same day! This job was done a couple of weeks ago and after the recent heavy rain, there’s no sign of a leak. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone who has roofing issues.

Do Not Use this company!!! - They did a terrible job and the roof was not leaking until they did the work. We used them to clean our gutters and they suggested the roof needed some repair. We agreed to the price as they suggested it would take 2-3 days. They did not fix the roof properly and in fact it started leaking after they did the work. They "finished" in 6 hours!
I called and talked to the owner Scott who was terrible to deal with and refused to send anyone out unless I paid extra. Go with a company that will stand behind its work.

I brought Groupon for eavestrough cleaning. It was perfectly fine. I would consider my experience with Home Pro to be very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend Home Pro to friends and family when require eavestrough cleaning, roof repair, or wildlife removal.

As other people mentioned, I brought Groupon for Eavestrough Cleaning. After the work was done, next morning, I went upstairs to have a quick look on some of the visible area of evestrough and I can still see leaves and mud there. It wasn't cleaned properly, Not satisfied with the work done. I will have to get it done again..

After being referred to Home Pro Exteriors by a close friend for our roof which needed repairing, I already had high expectations on the quality we would receive. Luckily, Home Pro didn't disappoint. I will always be returning to Home Pro for any future needs because of the excellent job done on schedule As long as Home Pro is around they will have a customer in myself, I recommend it to all who want a job done right.

The people at Homestars are extremely friendly, and helpful. They never tried to oversell me in anyway, always sticking to the task at hand. They fixed what needed to be fixed, and left. I would definetly reccomend their services to my family and friends.

My gutters were broken and due to the heavy rains recently, I had experienced some flooding. I contacted Home Pro on a referral and I needed this job done asap. They came and delivered an estimate with same day service, and finished the job in one day. I wanted to wait until after there was more rain to write this review to make sure they were properly installed, and it looks like they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company
